Step 1- Design Brief

- Lace pattern structure and proportion scheme (The machine head distance are mainly 330mm and 440mm)
- Technology options (embroidery, beadwork,appliqué, etc. )
- Preliminary cost and feasibility assessment
Ensuring a balance between design aesthetics and actual production.
Step 3-Sampling
Creating a strike-off sample:
- Checking pattern proportions, feel and drape
- Maintaining fine-tuning of details
- Making modifications and optimizations based on feedback
Production only begins after you approve the sample.
Step 4-Production
Production will commence after sample confirmation:
- Strictly adhere to the confirmed sample standards
- Control process details and batch stability
- Suitable for small-batch or serialized production
Step 5-Quality Inspection
A comprehensive inspection is conducted before shipment:

- Color and size consistency
